Thomas Charles, son of _________________ Smith (father) and _______________ (mother) was born _____________ 1859 at __________________. (city)

They married 13 May 1888 by a Methodist minister at Sarnia, Ontario.

Thomas was employed as a carpenter.

They had 1 child; Clayton.

Clayton was born ________________ 1916 at __________________. (city) He died from ___________________ (cause) on ____ 1927 and was buried in the ________________ cemetery at __________________________ (city)

Rachel died from ______________ (cause) on ________ 1900 and was buried in the Bear Creek Cemetery just north of Brigden, Ontario.

The undated picture of Thomas seems to show that his little finger on his right hand to be mangled; it's there, but not in a "normal" state.

Thomas was living at Petrolia when he died from _________________ (cause) on 2 September 1925. He was buried with Rachel and Clayton.
